Tri-Trained swim session
All of our swim sessions are carefully designed to improve your stroke technique and swimming skills, whilst increasing your endurance and general fitness levels.
We limit the number of swimmers at each session, to allow us time to give each swimmer specific coaching feedback.
Each session is driven by our annual training plan, with adaptations made for all skill levels. Whether you are an intermediate swimmer or an elite swimmer, you will be stretched, you will benefit and you will enjoy it. So, if you are an intermediate or above swimmer, come and join us and take advantage of the extensive experience of our coaching team.
Numbers are limited so don’t delay! Minimum age 12 years.
