We have developed unique swim drills that we use in our training programs, to greatly improve your efficiency in the water. These drills are designed to target specific parts of your swimming stroke, allowing you to understand the importance of the correct limb actions. By practicing these drills in our sessions, you will develop a much more efficient, and powerful, swimming technique. The atmosphere at our sessions is always friendly and you will be training alongside like-minded swimmers. This creates a very supportive group where you can share your goals, challenges, and accomplishments with your fellow swimmers.
