Our swimacise sessions are in a heated (24°C) outdoor pool, that has just been completely refurbished. The sesions are 40 minutes long and spaces are very limited to avoid crowding. To get the most out of swimacise you need to be able to swim 25m without stopping. Adults and children over 10 years. We don’t teach you how to swim but an expert swimming coach will be on hand to guide you to achieve your personal swimacise goals
