Tri-trained's swim sessions are designed to give you an understanding of the stroke. You can then take this away and use what you have learnt in your next swim training session.
We have limited the numbers at each session, this way we can give more specific feedback to the swimmers. Each session is developed to stretch your abilities, with adaptations made to allow from intermediate to elite swimmers to get what they need from the coach.
If you are an intermediate or above swimmer, join us and take advantage of the extensive experience of our coaching team.
Minimum age 12 years.
Our swim sessions are carried out in an outdoor pool where the temperature of the pool is held at around 20.0 C all year. Swimmers should follow the guidelines from British Triathlon with regard to the use of wet suits.
