This cancellation policy applies to swim sessions booked with Tri-Trained Ltd and only swim sessions.

What does this limited warranty cover?

• You can move a session booking, with more than seven days’ notice, for free.

• Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule your session with less than seven days’ notice.

• If you cancel a booking and give more than seven days notice, we will refund your booking fee in full.

• Unfortunately, we cannot refund any booking fee if cancelled within 7 days of the session.

 

• In the event that Tri-Trained cancel a session, we will refund 100% of your booking fee.
