Cancellation Policy

• You can move a session booking, with more than seven days’ notice, for free.
• Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule your session with less than seven days’ notice.
• If you cancel a booking and give more than seven days’ notice, we will refund your booking fee in full, less a cancellation fee of £0.34, which we get charged by the bank.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund any booking fee if cancelled within 7 days of the session.

 

• In the event that Tri-Trained cancel a session, we will refund 100% of your booking fee.
